Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We service the greater Mid-Willamette Valley – Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon, and all the good bits in-between.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning – services you receive every time – includes so much mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wipe downs and scrubbings.  We excel in our attention to detail and thoroughness – our expectation is that when you walk in your home is at a show-room level of clean.  More information about our services can be found here.

How much will it cost?

Cost is set by two factors:  the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, and the extras you choose.   By knowing the number of rooms we can accurately establish the amount of time, and therefore cost, needed to get your home back in tip-top shape.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?

We bring our own commercial-grade and 100% environmentally friendly cleaning supplies.  If you have a special need or request we are more than happy to accommodate.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely!  Simply update your booking by clicking on the additional services you would like done.  Or you can contact us by phone 541-257-8400 or email [email protected]  We’re happy to get the job done right!

How do I log into my account?

At the top right corner is a Sign In link.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at [email protected] or (541) 257-8400.

How do I change my password?

To change your password use the Sign In link above.  Once signed in, click on your name in the upper right corner and choose My Account – here you can update your information.

How do I change my address?

To change your booking information, including address and contact information, you can use the Sign In option above to take charge and do-it-yourself.  Once signed in, click on your name in the upper right corner and choose My Account – here you can update your information.  Or feel comfortable calling us at 541-257-8400 or emailing us at [email protected] with your updated information.  And remember, your personal information will never be shared or sold!

How do I change my credit card?

You can change your billing information using the Sign In link above.  Once logged in you can manage all your personal information, including contact information, address and billing info!  Or feel free to talk to us in person at 541-257-8400 – we would prefer you not email credit information, but you can always contact us about anything at [email protected]

How do I book my first appointment?

Taking your time back starts with simple and easy online booking.  Book your first appointment using the Book Now link above.  Fill in your information.  We will follow up with you as soon as possible!

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Your cleaning professional has undergone a nationwide detailed background check.  We employ only the cream of the crop, guaranteed.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We work tirelessly to make sure your home is taken care of.  If something goes wrong, staff on-scene will notify you immediately of any issues that arise.  Costs associated with breakage will be reimbursed to you.  Be confident, however – while accidents do happen, our staff are exceedingly careful and delicate with your home and belongings.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Your billing and contact information is kept safe and secure with world-class security and vetted with PCI Level 1 Service Provider certification – the most stringent possible in the online payments industry.  More information can be found here.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Of course!  Our cleaners go through a detailed nationwide background check.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied, 100% top-to-bottom soup-to-nuts.  If you are not satisfied for any reason give us a call at 541-257-8400 and we will make it right.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be as satisfied as possible with our service.  If you are not satisfied please let us know and we will schedule a follow-up immediately.  If you still are not satisfied we will refund you the full amount.
